Company Journey Administration is launching its buyer relationship administration platform CTM Advisor to its UK and European markets at Enterprise Journey Present Europe later this month.

The TMC has already launched CTM Advisor to its North American customer-facing groups in current months and can now lengthen its use throughout the Atlantic.

CTM Advisor, which is a proprietary CRM traveller instrument, supplies the TMC’s consultants with a mix of real-time traveller insights and historic reserving behaviour, alongside firm insurance policies and preferences, to ship personalised service to travellers throughout a number of areas. 

The system permits CTM’s brokers to find a traveller and see what disruption they might be dealing with. They’ll then proactively rebook tickets and call travellers utilizing choices acceptable for each travellers and their organisations. CTM Advisor integrates a number of present agent instruments into one platform.
