Grove Road and Grove Avenue, from the Ipswich Street and St Stephens Street facet, might be quickly closed from Monday, June 6 till Friday, August 26.

- A two-way segregated cycle lane in Grove Street to the St Stephens Street junction
- Footway widening in Ipswich Street close to the Grove Street junction
- Widening of the prevailing pedestrian crossing in St Stephens Street.
Victoria Road will even be closed from its junction with St Stephens Street – one-way might be suspended to permit entry from Grove Street – however a date of the closure has not been confirmed but.
