A12 traffic live: Road shut near Chelmsford after multi-vehicle crash

The A12 is presently shut heading in the direction of London following a significant crash close to the Boreham Interchange this night (Tuesday, Could 31). Eyewitnesses say a number of ambulances are on the scene.
