American Airways has signed a brand new five-year “capability
buy settlement” with Air Wisconsin Airways, through which the latter has agreed
to offer as much as 60 Bombardier CRJ-200 plane for American Eagle regional
companies, in keeping with an Aug. 19 submitting with the U.S. Securities and Alternate
Fee. 

On account of the brand new settlement, “the capability buy
settlement at the moment in impact between Air Wisconsin and United Airways, Inc.
is predicted to terminate in accordance with its phrases,” per the submitting.

“Air Wisconsin’s fleet … will begin to enter service no later
than March 2023,” wrote American vice chair and CFO and American Eagle
president Derek Kerr in a memo to workers, including that the majority flights will give attention to
connecting clients to American’s hub at Chicago O’Hare Worldwide Airport.
“Flights operated by Air Wisconsin are anticipated to be out there on the market within the
subsequent few months.”
