With holidays on the agenda and airports filling up with travellers once more, there’s been a bit of recommendation doing the rounds this week from some superstar jet setters. 

Australian mannequin Miranda Kerr says the very first thing she does after touching down is stroll barefoot on grass. Victoria Beckham is quoted saying she takes magnesium and drinks natural tea to assist with jet lag signs. 

Hilary Smale spoke with Dr Jen Walsh, director of UWA’s Centre for Sleep Science, to bust the myths and be aware of the highest ideas in terms of jetlag.
